The People of Abbey Construction

Charles J. Koen, M.S., Political Science, J.D.
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Koen has a law degree from Texas Southern University and has a Master of Public Administration from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fisk University. A practicing attorney with concentrations in non profit management and criminal, personal injury and civil rights matters. Prior experience included teaching at the high school level and consulting to administration personnel in implementing programs in the public school systems.

Roy. J. Greensage
President
Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Greensage has over thirty years experience in all phases of the construction industry. Mr. Greensage is Chief Operations Officer and overseas all aspects of the management and construction project process.

Mr. Greensage was Vice President and shareholder in Abbey Enterprises Inc. a privately owned general contractor construction company initiated in 1987. This company concentrated business efforts on new construction and remodeling in the commercial business sector and continues as Abbey Construction Inc. today.

Mr. Greensage was President and co-founded Allwood Fence Company in 1976. This company was involved in all phases of new construction and remodeling and private and commercial fencing.

Mr. Greensage was marketing manager for Palms Fence Company beginning in 1974. He was director of operations including sales and on site construction management.

Gerald A. Fisher, Sr. Vice President

Mr. Fisher attended Bradley University and competed in collegiate sports. Mr. Fisher was for over twelve years an international business development consultant in the U.S. and abroad with a concentration on development opportunities in Nigeria. Directed and managed seminars on community and group interaction as it relates to economic development and the creation of triangular partnerships. Formerly Director of Social Services for the Peoria Housing Authority and loan committee member for the Peoria Economic Development Association. Former member of the million dollar round table and from 1976 to 1996 worked as a financial consultant and general agent with Equitable Life and John Hancock Life Insurance.

C. Kevin Moore
Vice President - Finance & Administration
Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Moore has over twenty years direct construction industry experience and a diverse background in finance and in the development and marketing of new business and new business projects.

Mr. Moore was Chairman of the Board of TexKy Resources Limited. TexKy was established as a power generation and operating company for the Middle East Regions. In 1997 TexKy signed a $140 million contract for a twenty-year private build, own and transfer of a 120 MW power generation facility direct with the Government of the Republic of Yemen.

Mr. Moore was President and founder of Kebert Energy Systems, Inc. in 1980. This company is engaged in the development and marketing of business application software directly related to the energy sector industries. This company was renamed KEAS Applications Inc. markets and supports its technical products today.

Mr. Moore is a Certified Public Accountant having spent nine years with the international public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Moore had direct responsibility as audit manager for domestic public companies, including in the construction industry, and international oil & gas exploration, production and refining companies.

Donna C. Greensage
Secretary
Member of the Board of Directors

Ms. Greensage has over twenty eight years industry experience having co-founded Allwood Fence Company in 1976. This company was involved in all phases of new construction and remodeling and private and commercial fencing.

Ms. Greensage was administrative assistant with Abbey Enterprises Inc. a privately owned general contractor construction company initiated in 1987.

Previously, Ms. Greensage was for five years a marketing representative for IMCO, a Division of Halliburton Services Company. This company supplied oil field equipment and services to the petroleum industry.

Patricia K. Cantrell
Controller
Member of the Board of Directors

Over twenty years accounting & office management experience. Prior to joining Abbey Ms. Cantrell was Accounts Manager with a private international company providing global marine and sub-sea operational, technical and engineering support services. Operations of this company also include a manufacturing subsidiary facility that designs and manufactures electrical generators, motors, other electrical systems and also provides consulting services.

Dr. Saeed Al-Sabawi
Member Board of Directors

Dr. Sabawi is a graduate in law from Cairo University and has obtained a postgraduate business degree in the United States. He is former Executive Vice President of AMS International (New York), a large aviation company; the president of Al-Sabah Sabawi Group Est., a major trading and construction company carried on with the Al-Sabah Royal family of Kuwait; a Director of Gulf Global Petroleum of Geneva, Switzerland; a Director of Saudi Gulf Group in Saudi Arabia; a director of Sabawi Investment Group in Cyprus; and finally the chairman of Sabcana International Ltd., a trading company in London, Ontario. During his 30 years of business experience Dr. Sabawi has negotiated and completed many projects in the Gulf Region, including numerous construction projects with a large US contracting company in Saudi Arabia, including 210 room Al-Jubail Hotel, 360 room Intercontinental Hotel in Saudi Arabia, 480 shop Al-Shola Center in Riyadh for Prince Mishal Bin Abdul Aziz; the Commercial Banking Tower for the Government of Kuwait.

Ronald M. Hall, B.S., ChE, MBA, J.D.
Member Board of Directors

Mr. Hall has a law degree from South Texas College and has obtained a Master in Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is former President of Biles & Associates, Inc. a provider of data management solutions to the process industries. As such, he determined strategic positioning against market leaders during critical product transition and restructured the sales and engineering organizations for optimal customer responsiveness. Mr. Hall was also President/owner of Data Ron, Inc., marketing and consulting company with specialization in computers and the technical industries. Previously, Mr. Hall managed a heat exchanger manufacturing plant.
